- Altering, deleting or concealing records without proper authority.
- Using platform data for personal, competitive, discriminatory, unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
Monitoring and audit records
Access and material changes may be logged for security, support, accountability and audit purposes. Suspected misuse may be investigated and access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or operations.
Platform availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep Chloé available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, security events, connectivity problems or third-party services may affect availability. Features, workflows and these terms may be updated as the platform develops.
Intellectual property and third-party materials
Chloé and the futureintelligence.online platform, including original branding, design, software, workflows, documentation and digital content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, software and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell or republish protected material.
Applicable requirements
Use of Chloé remains subject to applicable South African law, mandatory legal requirements and approved organisational policies. If these terms conflict with a binding agreement or mandatory law, the binding agreement or law takes precedence to the extent of the conflict.
